From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to their warm hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The receptionist Kate and the staff in the executive lounge, including Michael, Ariel, and others, were pretty good too ensure our comfort. We can't wait to return for our third stay at Avani. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were ultra friendly and efficient, especially Denis in the restaurant and Hesham on reception. The hotel is centrally located, just down from the Metro Station, providing great access to all parts of the city. The room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The hotel facilities, including the pool on the roof, were excellent. The breakfast offered a great selection of food, and the staff couldn't do enough to assist me.

Great database housekeeping and room service. Lots of entertainment especially at the bar near reception that goes till 6 in the morning. The staff is helpful and the receptionist named Rose was amazing. Return visit to the Club Rooms.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is in the busy area of Deira and near the airport. You can easily access all parts of town, and the Abu Baker Al Siddique metro station is nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with clean bathrooms and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, and there is even a rooftop pool with a view. The hotel also offers free wifi and a shuttle service.

the Spa & wellness centre was superb, with steam room, sauna, and beauty treatments that were all top, notch. the swimming pool was outdoors and offered easy beach access as well. the bar/lounge area and restaurant with special diet menus were perfect for my needs. My room boasted exclusive features such as continental breakfast and in, room breakfast, as well as private facilities that were well beyond compare.
While the service at this hotel was exceptional, I did experience a minor issue during check, in. There was a bit of a wait due to a group arrival, but the receptionist made every effort to accommodate everyone and get them situated.
